Modern Slavery Act 2015. Annual Statement
We, Three Phase Contractors Limited, acknowledge the provisions of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and will ensure transparency within the organisation and with suppliers of goods and services to the organisation.
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.
As part of the company's due diligence processes into slavery and human trafficking, the supplier approval process incorporates a review of controls undertaken by the supplier.
Imported goods from sources outside the UK and EU are potentially more at risk of slavery and human trafficking issues. The level of management control required for these sources will be continually monitored.
The company will not knowingly support or deal with any business involved in slavery or human trafficking.
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to relevant members of staff. All Directors have been briefed on the subject.
The company will undertake responsibility for implementing this policy statement and its objectives. This policy statement will be reviewed annually.
