We are an approved installer on the CHiL framework and actively delivering through it. Cosy Homes in Lancashire manage the process. The property comes through them, eligibility is checked at their end, and the property is retrofit assessed to decide which measures it qualifies for. Once approved, it comes to us. We carry out the technical assessment, size and specify the system, install it, certify it and hand everything back to Cosy Homes who lodge the job through TrustMark.
Through the framework we have delivered Solar PV, air source heat pumps, electric storage heaters, insulation and all associated electrical works. The full installation side, from technical survey through to sign-off.
We are set up and ready for Warm Homes Local Grant delivery from 2026/27. The accreditations are current, the team is in place and with over 700 measures already installed through CHiL, we have the track record to support it.
